Ate from the salad bar on 9/14, woke up in the am on 9/15 with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I ate the same dinner as my family and no one got sick, so I'm sure it was from the lunch time salad bar at JD.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
