Ate a bowl of Trader Joe’s herb salad mix as well as a small amount of the leaves on my veggie burger. Within 8 hours I became violently ill with 7 vomiting episodes, simultaneous diarrhea and abdominal/lower back pain until I finally went to urgent care for help because I was so dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

First time eating here, got the "city sampler" with chilli and potato salad as sides. Pork. Sausage. Brisket. Turkey.

Me and my girl within 15-20 minutes were essentially vomiting over one another.

Had a leafy green chicken salad on Friday for lunch from Ollys. Sunday morning food posioning sickness started, puking, water diarrhea, terrible stomach pain, chills, headache. I went to roadhouse last night around 4 pm I had ceaser salad , 16 oz ribeye and baked potatoe. After finishing an hour later I started feeling a little woozy.
