I ordered a bowl with black beans, rice, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce and guac. On 6/5/16 @ 4:30 I ordered and ate 3 chicken tacos hard shell w/ white rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream & hot salsa around 745 I began to violently vomit, and couldn't keep anything down or in.
