Ate right at the changeover from breakfast to lunch. Both the Girlfriend and I have had extreme diarrhea and vomiting 2-2:30 hours after the eating. I ate a vegetarian hummus and falafel pita wrap for lunch (12:00 pm and 12:30 pm) yesterday. I began to feel nauseous around 6:00 pm, and I began having diarrhea at 7:00 pm.
