My son, wife and I ate on Wednesday night November 20th and my 3.7 yrs old son vomited 4 times after we got home . No more vomiting but he is still feeling very week and does not want to eat or drink anything. My wife was feeling nauseated but she is fine now. I today have diarrhea after 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other

All three of us became ill. My friend the most severe. She's currently at Urgent Care with vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and bloody stool. Very difficult to report directly to them by phone. Finally had to drive to restaurant to report to manager.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Chills
