Just had normal few slices of pepperoni pizza and I got extreme heart burn like unbearable. Then I started to have bloody diarrhea, following with the 3 times I threw up and feeling nauseous all night and still till next day now I feel like im gonna throwup any moment.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

got 2 sausage mcmuffin with eggs, ate one when I got to work about 15 minutes later. Immediately started getting a stomach ache, within an hour of eating, got worse throughout the day and left for home around 3 pm. started getting typical symptoms all night and the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4 deal around 12pm on jan.31,2017, I only ate half of the meal it had tasted off, by 3pm I was nauseous and by 5 vomiting, hadn't felt that sick ever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
