我有一个奶酪墨西哥饼和巴巴科亚肉。我还吃了一半的素食墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、斑豆、烤蔬菜、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。食用大约 3 小时后我开始感到不适。我让自己在睡觉前生病是因为我意识到食物中毒的感觉，想尽可能地出去。我在凌晨 1 点 30 分左右醒来多次生病。我早上 5 点再次醒来生病了 2 次。此后，我犯了从脱水中抽水的错误，我在早上 6 点 30 分又生病了。截至第二天上午 10 点，我仍然非常恶心。

2017 年 11 月 15 日，我吃了一个 barbacoa 卷饼碗的一部分，里面有白米饭、平托豆、法吉塔蔬菜、温和的莎莎酱、玉米莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。大约两个小时后，胃痉挛和疼痛开始了。大约六个小时后，恶心开始呕吐。我从晚上 7 点左右扔到第二天早上 5 点左右，然后那天我出现了一些腹泻。我胃里的疼痛是最严重的部分，在事件发生后持续了三天。
我丈夫也有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，但他有黑豆、鸡肉、没有蔬菜、酸奶油或生菜。他有些抽筋但没有生病。
