12 月 21 日，下午 1 点 30 分，我在 Bowdoin 面包餐厅吃了西兰花奶酪汤。汤很好吃，但是两个小时后，我胃痉挛被刺伤了。到了晚上 7 点 30 分，我正在呕吐。在 12 月 22 日早上 9 点左右抽筋和恶心终于消退之前，我又呕吐了 6 次。

我有大蒜面包、沙拉和鸡肉 fetuccini Alfredo。我吃了一口泰恩鸡但味道不对。它有一个粉笔般的质地。但是我继续吃周围的 fetuccini Alfredo。大约一个小时后我开始抽筋。6 小时后呕吐开始，然后是腹泻。我去我的医生然后去医院接着因脱水而死的液体。到目前为止，我错过了 2 天的工作时间，而且非常削弱。

ate the bread and peanuts, then steak, fries and mac and cheese. Started to feel ill about an hour later and then diarrhea started shorty after that. my boyfriend also felt ill starting around the same time and he ate a steak salad but also had some of my food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
