Ordered eggplant parmesan with bread sticks and salad to go, ate it around 130pm or 2pm and woke up very nauseous at 4 am the next day was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea for hours and then had a fever through the night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate at Panera Bread at 1:30pm on April 28, 2017. I had you pick 2: clam chowder & ham on white with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. I started feeling terrible about 5:00 and starting vomiting about 6:00. Vomited for several hours then felt better about 10pm.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate a number 1 fries and coke at about 230. Vomiting started about 445. Vomited about 4 times with the last to the bile. Tried tums, seltzer water, and then alka seltzer. Was ok during my drive home 1.5 hours but threw up about 3 times… 更多

吃了 Panera Bread 的西兰花切达干酪汤和鸡肉凯撒沙拉。睡觉时胃开始受伤。醒来时感觉恶心和疲倦。服用了消化药和止痛药。去上班时非常头疼，提早离开回家。喝茶来蛤我的肚子后开始呕吐。躺着我大部分时间都在睡觉，肚子目前还很痛。
