Daughter had chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry milkshake. Purchased at and eaten just after 7pm.
Daughter started vomiting around 11.30 pm and continued through the night. Stopped vomiting around 7am but had fever 37.8 degrees on digital thermometer.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗。然后，那天晚上晚些时候，我有严重的呕吐，整晚总共呕吐了三次。现在我正在处理恶心、发冷、肌肉酸痛（从我呕吐的程度来看 —— 不是开玩笑）、精疲力竭、头痛、抽筋。太糟糕了。我的未婚夫买了猪肉而不是鸡肉而且很好，所以我认为是鸡肉。

1 月 25 日晚餐吃了鸡肉沙拉几个小时后，我觉得 “不舒服” 的感觉越来越糟。上床睡觉寒冷、发烧、开始呕吐、身体受伤。一旦我把它全部扔掉，上腹部感觉好多了。第二天还是觉得自己像胡扯然后腹泻开始了，还在处理这个问题！！！
