我得到了一盘 lomeign、橙鸡和绿豆鸡肉。我下午 3 点左右吃了它，晚上 8 点左右出现症状。我无法入睡；我整晚都抽筋。我一晚上腹泻了大约 5 次。当我终于要吐出来的时候，我觉得我真的很头晕，身体非常轻盈，力量为 0。我不得不提醒妈妈，因为我害怕晕倒，可能会窒息我的呕吐物。我再也不会在熊猫快车吃饭了。

我点了 3 块辣鸡。吃了 2 块，好几个小时了。去睡觉了。一个小时后醒来（必须在吃完食物后至少 5 个小时），胃痛和腹泻令人难以置信。以为已经完成了。去躺下，疼痛更多，腹泻更多。然后猛烈呕吐。然后热/冷汗并在耳朵里响起，视力模糊，头晕，现在只是一团糟。直到 Popeyes 我整天都没吃过任何东西。我正在写这本书，因为我正在处理它，可能会去看医生。
