我吃了鸡肉超级玉米片然后喝了一个小可乐。在大约几个小时内，我的胃开始腹胀、搅动和疼痛。我跑去洗手间，严重的腹泻立刻冲出了我的身体。这种情况持续了整个晚上，我有冷汗，我无法舒服无法入睡。整个第二天和晚上，我的胃继续疼痛和搅动，几乎不断出现极度疲劳和头晕的冲击。腹泻好转了，但我的胃仍然疼痛，我仍然疲惫不堪和头晕。我知道这是食物中毒，因为这是我一整天唯一吃的东西。我以前多次订购了同样的东西，但从未发生过这种情况。更不用说当我通过窗户拉到驱动器时，那位女士向我收费并给了我错误的订单，然后当我告诉她时，她真正快速地更换了订单，从来没有把我超额收费的差额退还给我。她的人际交往能力也很差，而且有点粗鲁。

晚上 7 点半左右，我和我丈夫在科罗拉多州帕萨迪纳的 Vons 吃了最后一顿晚餐。我买了他们的去骨鸡翅（蜂蜜烧烤那种），因为鸡肉是预煮的，所以通常会冷吃。凌晨 3 点半我醒来时感觉很恶心，肚子抽筋然后我去洗手间想也许我得去 p** p。好吧，我确实得去 p** p，真是一团糟。一个小时后我扔了大约 3 次。

My son and daughter ate Wendy’s Chicken nuggets at about 1300 today Wednesday, December 20th. At about 1630 my son started vomiting and had diarrhea as well. At about 1730 my daughter started vomiting as well. It is now 2000 and my son has vomited about 15… 更多

Food poisoning from the market salad with chicken. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, sweating, cold/hot. Went to the doctor, he said it sounds like food poisoning from the lettuce.
