Ate at lunch on 2/17/2020. Within one hour was on the toilet with serious cramping and diarrhea. Ate sofritas bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, pico de Gallo, corn salsa, medium green salsa and guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Mobile order collected at 430pm. Ate half of food as felt full but started feeling sick at 5pm. By 530pm had diarrhea and painful cramps. Order of Carnitas bowl with brown rice, lettuce, corn salsa, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese and sour cream.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 胆汁

Chicken corn chowder. Got soup at 530 pm on a Tuesday and ate soup during a card game that lasted til 10 pm,finished soup at 7pm,atv1130 at night was puking violently, together with extreme diareah, finally ended at 1130 am next day. 1/27/20 I went there. I had the Mardi Gras (crabs, shrimp, mussels, corn potatoes). On the way home I started to feel sick.
