周五，检查人员在前台水槽和拖把水槽下方发现了老鼠粪便。前台、干燥仓库和拖把水槽区域下有小苍蝇。

此外，在准备区域存放百吉饼的货架上发现了黑色残留物。检查人员还发现了在不安全的温度下储存的奶油干酪、切成薄片的西红柿和其他食品，并注意到该餐厅在过去四年中多次因类似违规行为而被引用。检查员还在用餐区的地毯上发现了镶嵌的食物残渣，已命令更换地毯。

我订购了：
1.豆卷饼与以下成分：温暖的黑豆，墨西哥大米，全麦玉米饼，德斯墨西哥奶酪，生菜，西红柿，葱，甜椒，香菜，玉米，薄荷鱼莎莎，酸奶油，鳄梨酱。
2.奶酪玉米片与以下成分：温暖的黑豆，豆，西红柿，葱，甜椒，香菜，玉米，鳄梨酱，酸奶油。
我吃饭后 12 小时左右就开始了症状。我的症状包括呕吐、腹泻、发烧、身体无力，以及无法吃任何食物。在饭后 24 小时内，症状仍然持续。

Had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fresh tomato salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Only thing different was the guacamole I usually get the sour cream. About 30 minutes later I got abdominal cramps with diarrhea and vomiting. Not sure if from the guacamole… 更多
