Spinach feta wrap and shortbread cookies., Only 1 sick but I was sipping on Gatorade before so I don’t know if that’s the true cause and not the food. 我点了骑自行车的鸡肉沙拉（脆长叶莴苣，配蔓越莓干、菠萝、橘子、红洋葱、甜山核桃、羊乳酪、烤去骨鸡肉和新鲜的时令浆果；搭配野莓罂粟籽酱）和 12 根骨头，一半用中等调味料，一半配中等调味料，一半配金蒜酱作为提货单。在 19 年 7 月 18 日星期四晚上 7 点之前取货。我直接回家吃了大约 2/3 的沙拉和每个翅膀的 3 个。这是我整天唯一吃的东西。在半夜（19 年 7 月 19 日凌晨 3 点左右），我变得恶心，发烧，开始尝起来很糟糕的味道。早上晚些时候，我从轻度腹泻开始。整个上午、下午以及目前在晚上 7 点 30 分（19 年 7 月 19 日），我继续打同样可怕的味道，并且间歇性地出现轻微的恶心。大约下午 3 点 30 分（7/19/19），我开始出现严重的腹部绞痛。从那以后我有几次腹泻，间歇性抽筋。我还有打嗝、抽筋和腹泻。如果这种情况持续超过一天，我可能需要就液体寻求医疗救助。
