Ate the new spicy Italian with tomatoe, lettuce, jalapeño, onions, bell pepper, lite mayo, spicy mustard. Ate inside Subway and when I got home stomach started to feel really wierd. Started having diarrhea nonstop for almost 8 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻

我平时完成工作后去了麦当劳 —— 麦鸡三明治、薯条和热巧克力。那是在午夜到凌晨 1 点之间。一个年轻人为我服务，当他问他的同事是否有人在准备我的三明治时，我所听见的只是在厨房后面咯咯地笑，所以那不是。我男朋友开车回家的路上在车里吃了食物。汉堡味道有点不好，所以我向里面看了一眼发现潮湿的烂生菜和大约两点看起来不那么烂的生菜。到目前为止，我已经吃了几口汉堡然后把剩下的都扔掉了。大约凌晨 3 点 30 分，我醒来时出现了令人难以置信的腹部痉挛，我也感到恶心。我去洗手间那是腹泻和呕吐开始的时候，太可怕了。我怀孕了，只是希望发生什么事之后我的宝宝一切都好。

I’m not 100% sure this is the culprit. Reporting just in case since it was determined by a process of elimination; all other food places I ate at I do so with someone. I ate a chicken bowl with beans and rice. Included is lettuce. I added red hot sauce and pico de Gallo.  | 症状: 腹泻
