I ate a costco hot dog /soda ( pepsi+diet pepsi) at the food court on 3/24/16 around 3pm. Ketchup, deli mustard only a few onions. Got home indigestion early evening, ate some tums, vomited around 8:30pm. I have an iron stomach. never again!  | 症状: 呕吐

昨晚接近晚上 10 点时有温和的翅膀带洋葱圈。今天我得了黑流鼻涕 diaherra，3 小时后我出现了剧烈的呕吐发作，这是在吃了昨晚剩下的 3 只翅膀之后。是的，它们已经妥善冷藏了。我丈夫发冷和身体疼痛，他吃了蜂蜜芥末酱。我不喜欢温和的酱汁的外观，它看起来很厚，很橙色，看起来不像其他翅膀通常那样。打电话给经理举报，他说不是他们发来的，我本周还没出门，他们只是我们吃饭的地方。

2 月 26 日中午 12:00，我购买了一个只有蛋黄酱、芥末酱和番茄酱的奶酪的大声人物。吃完汉堡大约 45 分钟后，我感到恶心，感觉好像气体不好。大约 1 小时后，我发烧了 101 次，呕吐，腹泻然后是发冷肌肉酸痛。这持续了 48 个小时。我发现另外 3 个人在同一个汉堡王吃饭时生病了。

Ate an order of buffalitos with honey mustard sauce, chips and salsa, a beer and glass of water. All at about 5p.m. Nausea hit hard and woke me up by 6a.m. Diarrhea and vomiting still, at 12 in the afternoon. Time between vomits has gotten longer though.
