我有一个辣鸡肉三明治，小薯条和 Pepper 博士。我丈夫有 2 个小培根芝士汉堡。我们都在几个小时内生病了。老公现在没事但我觉得自己快死了我一直在喝佳得乐但还是不能吃任何东西，最后我会呕吐。第 2 天我仍然感到头晕并且有腹泻。再也没有温迪了。

大家好，我和我的女朋友今天上午 11 点左右去了肯德基，我们每个人都有一个招标箱，侧面还有一个胡椒蛋黄酱滑块.

招标看上去真的很白而且没有煮熟，但我们可能以为是新的油或新的面糊我们还是不确定我们是否吃了鸡肉，而且非常耐嚼且不寻常, 味道还可以，但不像平时那样反正我们没有考虑太多.

我们回到家后立刻感觉肚子真的很恶心，我们俩都睡着了，但是当我们醒来时，我们俩都觉得自己需要呕吐，整天都没吃其他东西，然后今晚我们每 5 分钟去厕所一次，让我告诉你这不好。

我在那里从来没有遇到过问题，我在一家快餐店工作，知道所有关于投诉的信息，有时候它们可能会很烦人，但我们俩都不舒服，我想我想我想提请你注意。

11/5/2017 下午 1 点午餐-法式蘸烤牛肉三明治加蘑菇/洋葱/青椒，蘸酱，薯片，咖啡。症状包括气体、严重胃酸以及同时出现的和随后的严重腹部痉挛（在本报告开头提供的四种症状选择中没有一种），在进食后 30-45 分钟内开始，持续到午夜后很长时间。我没有过敏或任何其他饮食问题。
