2 月 21 日，星期四得到了一份沙拉，里面有鸡肉、黑豆、奶酪、番茄莎莎酱、玉米。还有鳄梨调味酱的薯条。过去，鳄梨调味酱引起了问题（仅来自 Chipotle），这次我忘记了，有了一些朋友 guac。从那以后我有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我要在第三天出现症状。

For lunch on 2/21/19 I order a salad from chipotle with chicken. I’ve been up all night sick to my stomach with excruciating pain. Its been 24 hours since I ate the salad - If I continue to feel this why into another evening I will go to ER. Never eating there again  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
