我订购了一个带有白米黑豆 fajitas salsa verde 玉米酸奶油和奶酪的 carnitas 卷饼。我上次晚上 9 点左右吃了，没注意到味道有什么不对劲。凌晨 3 点醒来疯狂恶心在一个半小时内呕吐了 5 次。差不多 7 点了，我现在也有身体发冷和发烧。判断我是否还会出现腹泻还为时过早。

I visited this Chipotle location on 10-27-18. I purchased the steak bowl with white rice pinto beans fajitas sour cream guacamole and salsa. My symptoms started the following day which included diharrea fever vomiting and cramps. My wife experienced similar symptoms but did not last as long.… 更多

10 月 22 日大约 600 点的晚餐时，我吃了牛排卷饼配温和的番茄和玉米莎莎酸奶油、黑豆和奶酪。在准备食物时，厨师和服务员似乎很分散，许多物品都用完了。900-1000 左右我开始感觉不对劲。晚上 11 点左右我开始生病暴力，在接下来的 6 个小时里我生病了。我从来没有经历过这种程度的腹泻和呕吐。胃痉挛难以忍受，呕吐几乎是不间断的。我无法保持任何类型的液体向下。我一生中从未感到如此悲惨。我肯定同时经历了呕吐和腹泻，这表明食物产生了疾病。
