我昨晚 9 点以后吃了。我订购了一个带有 1/2 只鸡肉 1/2 barbacoa 的墨西哥卷饼... 糙米、辣酱、酸奶油、奶酪和额外的长叶莴苣。早上 7 点左右我醒来后开始感觉不好。非常恶心，腹泻，抽筋不好。稍微回到床上然后回到洗手间，腹泻和抽筋更多，现在呕吐。下班在家待了半天，一直感到恶心。我还很恶心，整天都有腹泻和胃痉挛。我的温度没有超过 98.3° f。
