Ate a Barbacoa bowl on Saturday around 3 with veggies, brown rice, black beans, sour cream and hot salsa. Started feeling sick Sunday morning with severe muscle aches, nausea, and fever. 3 月 23 日，星期五，晚上 7:30。
订购了墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、法吉塔蔬菜、牛排、番茄、玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。

半夜醒来，有呕吐的冲动令人恶心。即使使用空间加热器和多条毯子，也感觉虚弱并且发冷。大约三个小时后呕吐后感觉好多了。24 小时后，只是出现水样腹泻和食欲不振。浪费了我整个星期六睡在床上。

Received bottom of the steak and sour cream containers. At at 3:00 p.m., violent vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, fever and aches. Vomiting was 2 times per hour for 8 hours. TERRIBLE  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 3 月 5 日星期一，我吃了这个 Chipotle 的卷饼，2 天后我住院并被诊断患有沙门氏菌食物中毒！在沙门氏菌感染显示症状的 12 至 72 小时内，这是我唯一吃的外面食物（周一半午餐。周二半午餐。微波炉用 3 分钟）。我也是高度杀菌性，总是洗手，当我在家做饭时，请使用适当的清洁和卫生。食物中毒太糟糕了，以至于它关闭了我的 GALBLADDER，我必须做手术才能将其移除。我已经失去工作了 2 个星期，还在痛苦中。卷饼是牛排、黑豆、白米、奶酪、玉米莎莎、酸奶油。在我正在采取法律行动时，我想知道有没有其他人从这里生病。
