我昨天买了 Chipotle —— 沙拉配白米饭、pintos、鸡肉、绿莎莎、酸奶油、没有调味料和鳄梨调味酱的薯条。我在下午 6 点半左右吃完了。整晚都没吃其他东西。凌晨 5 点 45 分醒来恶心然后呕吐。断断续续的恶心和胃痉挛直到早上 7 点我再次呕吐。早上 8 点左右我又呕吐了腹泻。上午 8 点 45 分又是腹泻。这使我想到了现在，但我敢肯定还没有结束。

我通常喜欢 Amy 并且相信他们的食物。但是，昨晚 8 点左右，我经过开车经过，订购了不含 Vega 酸奶油的纯素经典墨西哥卷饼，纯素辣椒奶酪薯条和非乳制品草莓奶昔。午夜左右，我开始感到胃痛和气体。凌晨 2 点左右，我的胃痛恶化了。我有腹泻和恶心以及胃痛不好。我周围没有其他人生病或有任何流感虫子。一定是艾米的我感到非常失望，这是我现在第二次发生这种情况。

碗-用糙米，黑豆，肉酱，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜。他们正在制作新的肉食来带出来，但由于有排队，厨师似乎很着急。我看见他在肉里放了一个温度计，但不超过 2 秒钟。看起来还不够长，无法获得准确的读数。进食后不到一小时，我就出现了严重的抽筋，但没有其他系统。抽筋持续了 36 个小时，直到我去紧急护理。在医生办公室呕吐后不久我开了抗恶心药。胃痛难以忍受，我无法入睡。8 小时后我得了 diahhrea，但是胃痛仍在持续。
