Yesterday , Ate there Ate steak burrito bowl, steak was noticeably cold and so were other items that should have been hot (cooked peppers, rice. But the steak was cold, not even warm). I wrote them about it because I was annoyed at getting cold food.

Ate at Chipotle on Friday, June 29th,2018. Saturday, June 30,2018 i woke up sick. Went in to work and was very sluggish all day and feeling nauseated. By the time i got home that afternoon I had chills and just wanted to crawl in the bed. Woke
up Sunday morning feeling like death. I had fever and I was vomiting. Diarrhea kicked in shortly after the vomiting started. 48 hours later I drove myself to hospital. They told me I was close to kidney failure. Admitted me i to hospital where I stayed a full week. on my third day my culture came back as positive for salmonella poisoning. I was informed by the health department that I was not the only person to get sick. There were others. I called the manager and he apologized and had a person from their corporate office to contact me. We got no where. He was on very defensive and really did not seem like he cared about what I went through. I did ask this man what were their intention to help fix my hospital stay. I was a month away from becoming available for health insurance through my job.

I got my bf and my mom chipotle last night. My mom started throwing up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and my boyfriend woke up this morning and threw up the chipotle he has last night. I got my mom a chicken bowl with
salsa sour cream lettuce and cheese and my bf got a chicken and steak burrito with corn sour cream lettuce cheese and hot sauce. We rarely go to chipotle but now I will never go back.

Avocado, tomato, lime, Last night (technically 1 AM 4/19/24) I made a simple guacamole with two avocados, two roma tomatoes, and the juice of one lime. The produce was purchased from HEB on 4/15/24. All of the produce looked and smelled fresh and was washed (although likely
not well enough) before making the guacamole. Within 3 hours of making and eating the guacamole I began having severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. I also felt as if I might have diarrhea but I couldn't (possibly due to previous two days of fasting with no food and no water). I am 100% certain it was from the guacamole as everything else that I had eaten earlier that day my children also ate and they did not get sick (they did not eat the guacamole).

I was the only one who ate them. Adventureful Girl Scout cookies. I ate 3 on Sunday and 4 on Monday. I had severe diarrhea from Monday night and still have it on Wednesday. It has been mixed with severe nausea (no vomiting). Because of the diarrhea i have severe stomach cramping.
