I got a salad with steak. The salad looked suspicious as there were pieces of yellow wilting arugula. About 12 hours later I developed nausea followed by diarrhea and vomiting.

I ate a chicken burrito, Pinto beans, white rice , sour cream , corn & lettuce , & I woke up first thing in the morning and felt terrible !! I felt like I had the flu, I had diarrhea non stop , & felt dizzy as idk what .

Ordered a chicken salad, refried beans, brown rice, cheese, guac, and fajitas with a tortilla on the side. Ate last night and have been pooping yellow stool all day today. Never again.

Bought a carnitas burrito bowl for lunch around 1:30pm that day, prior to that I hadn't eaten anything since Wednesday night. I didn't even finish eating through half of the burrito bowl when I started to get a sharp pain in my stomach, within minutes of that
pain, I had to rush to the bathroom at work because I started having diarrhea. I spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom, and throughout the day I continued to have abdominal pain and diarrhea. I have not been able to eat anything since then, and as of Saturday, August 5th I've continued to have to go to the bathroom due to nausea, and pooping. I've also gotten a fever, last time I took my temperature, it has increased to 101.5. The reason I haven't contacted my doctor is because the symptoms started to get worse Friday evening and today with the fever and chills. After typing this report I'll be contacting my doctor and possibly have to check in to the hospital.

January 3, 2024 El Polo Loco Tostada Chicken Salad I ate the Tostadas Chicken salad and within 10 15 to 20 minutes or so I became Seriously Poisoned was I'll Vomiting Violently food chicken tortilla coming up chocking extreme Pain stomach cramps Nauseated headache and diarrhea. I
had to go to the Hospital/emergency room. I was treated for food poison! I will never go to El Polo again!! Scared to go!! I thought I was going to die… extremely sick..I was nausea and stomach pain cramps for a week!
