I ate there on Tuesday, July 25th and had a turkey sub on honey oat bread with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle. Terrible diarrhea the next morning with nausea that lasted all day Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

At about 7pm tonight I went to chipotle. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, medium salsa, guac, and lettuce. After about an hour my stomach started to hurt and I have had diarrhea for 2 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got a burritto, brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, mild and medium, sour cream, cheese and lettuce for lunch. That night i had chills and felt nausious. Spent the next day in bed with cold sweats, back pain, vomitting and nausious feeling.
