I had the autumn squash soup along with a chicken salad sandwich with tomato, kale, arugula, avocado. Almost immediately after finishing, I had a sharp pain in my stomach. I threw up 6 times. Felt feverish and had to leave work. I’ll never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

- waffle fries
- kale salad w/ cherries

Had chipotle on Halloween. Right when I finished my bowl I was hunched forward unable to walk straight due to stomach pain. Thank god I was home so crawled my way to the bathroom. Had a coffee and glazed donut at 900 am on 1025. Had to leave work early because I felt nauseous. Got home and had a fever and body aches. Vomited 2x that night and had explosive diarrhea from 1100pm to 830am about every half hour to hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache
