Started getting nauseated about two hours, stomach aches and pains started about 3 hours after. Vomitting and diarrhea commenced 4 hours post meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a steak burrito with lettuce, black beans and other toppings. I felt sick about an hour after eating and proceeded to vomit throughout the night and next day with stomach pains lasting 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
