Got a veggie 6 inch on wheat. Cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, vinegar. After eating it I felt sick to my stomach. 3 hours later I was vomiting. Never eating subway again  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had chipotle’s guacamole and got viciously sick for two days. I was vomiting and had a fever. I know it was from this restaurant because besides breakfast early that morning chipotle was the only thing I ate that day. Needless to say I will not be eating there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Son ate 3 soft taco wraps at 7pm. Woke up with high fever and feeling nausea for a day and night. He is on medication now, hope he will recoverd. Nobody else in the family ate taco except him. We are all fine except him.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

Thursday night I went for 1x Steak chalupa and 2x hard tacos supreme. Symptoms started the next morning. I had/ still have severe nausea, diarrhea and loss of appetite. Can’t get out of bed without the nausea getting worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
