I ordered the southwest Caesar salad with chicken and a bowl of chicken soup and had it delivered for dinner. I woke up around 1:30am with a horrible stomach ache and then over the next 24 hours it was the worst pain of my life. Started feeling stomach pain after eating chipotle. Had the veggie bowl but had the salad greens. Added the hot salsa and the medium. Guacamole, cheese, and the regular lettuce at the end. Next day had stomach pain and diarrhea and the following day diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
