My wife, our friend and I all ate subway last night and we all woke up in the middle of the night with horrible diarrhea and stomach pain. On 10/1 at approc 1.40 pm, ordered foot long ham sub on honey oat bread. Added spinch, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, mayo and tzaziki sauce. At 9 pm began throwing up with stomach cramps then by 10 pm had diarrhea, vomiting and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

I ordered and ate a chicken finger meal (consisted of 3 chicken strips, with fries, and honey mustard), and a vanilla and chocolate milkshake.
