On September 9, 2019 at approximately 11:30am, I had a salad from the salad bar, consisting of lettuce, cheese, cucumber, onion, eggs, ham, beets, cottage cheese and potato salad.

I had a Pepsi, a hotdog, ketchup and the raw onions from the onion “machine”. Diarrhea kicked in about 6 hours later, 3 times since over a 6 hour span. I didn’t eat anything for 18 hours before the food  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki Friday for lunch by 1am I was puking my guts out and the pain is almost too much.
