“Sunday 2/9/2020 apps 7pm I ate chicken thighs roasted with red potatoes, and prepared broccoli salad from there. I dressed my chicken with Grey Poupon mustard and syrup before baking. My husband ate the same meal, but his chicken was not dressed with the mustard mixture. He did not get... sick, but I did. Mustard was from an airbnb we are at. I have thrown it away.
Appx 2am I awoke burning hot, sweating. Began to feel nauseous. Quickly turned to vomiting and diarrhea, at same time. Fierce vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and hot flushes occured through 6:30am until I took 2 benadryl to help with the nausea. Could not make it to bathroom a couple times.
Since then, diarrhea has persisted. Watery. Cannot tolerate food, and only small amounts of water. Pedialyte very difficult.
Appx 5-6pm on 2/10, severe cramps on left side of abdomen, under very bottom of ribs, across from navel. Diarrhea and nausea continuing, but no more projectile vomiting. Feel shaky. ”

“Me and my boyfriend at there Friday 2/7/2020 around 8:40 pm. Saturday morning my stomach started hurting and I was extremely nauseous for hours. 4 pm I was vomiting continuously. My boyfriend was at work and said he was fine. By 8pm Saturday night he said his stomach was hurting,... shortly after he was vomiting. The only thing we ate in common was his loaded mashed potato. He gave me some in the restaurant and I spit it out because the bacon tasted raw. He laughed and picked around the bacon and ate more of it and I did the same. I had mashed potatoes as well of my own that weren’t loaded and they arrived cold while the rest of my food was very hot. Not sure if we got food poisoning from the bacon in his leaded mashed potatoes or from the mashed potatoes we both ordered and ate. ”

I ate the first hashbrown. No problem. Delicious.
Put the straw in the cup and took 3 pulls on the straw and IMMEDIATELY I knew... I was poisoned. I had to vomit! Dry-heaved a fee times and put my finger down my throat and proceeded to vomit for 10 minutes+/-.
