Had a carnitas burrito with lettuce, guacamole, cheese, green salsa, black beans and brown rice. I felt sick and began to vomit about seven hours later. Lost all my fluids and was completely weak. I even passed out for an unknown amount of time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I ate a Barbacoa burrito with black beans, white rice, spicy salsa, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole around 4pm today.
