Ate at 8pm - chose from the salad bar. Lettuce, cucumber, peppers, vegetable biryani and chicken tikka masala sauce. Vomiting started at 3am - still vomiting at 6:45am. Stomach cramps and diarrhoea also throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Went to Wendy’s Drive thru, ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a small chilli and a medium Diet Coke. Ate half the salad with the chicken, ate most of the chilli, drank all of the Diet Coke.
