Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, sourcream, cheese.

Ate a salad with carnitas, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole at approximately 1 pm April 19. Diarrhea and vomiting started about 12 hours later and then nausea, and fever set in.
