I ate around 7:30 January 15, 2017. I had a chicken burrito with tomotao salsa and lettuce. I started experiencing symptoms around 1am i jus felt really sick after awhile, I just had to get up and once I reached the bathroom I just started throwing up. After it finally stopped I had bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Went to chipotle 1/12/17 at 8pm. Order the chorizo bowl with white rice lettecue medium salsa. Ate around 8:20 I fell asleep afterwards I then awoke around 12 midnight with stomach pains that continued into 5:30 am. Had a white rice bowl with chicken, carnitas, mild and green salsa, fajita vegetables. It was definitely the chicken, as I watched the guy scoop the old chicken into the new chicken and give me a nice scoop of the old.
