- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water at the hand washing sinks located in the customer toilet rooms. Hot water at the time of the inspection only reach 73f-75f. Instructed to always maintain adequate hot water (100f) at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 3-302. 12 observed dry storage containers not labeled. Instructed to label all dry storage containers with the product name.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: 2-102. 13 observed the facility unable to provide food handlers certificates for all food handlers. Instructed to provide food handlers certificate for all food handlers for inspector's review.

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time.
