我在杯子里吃了巧克力和香草软饮料，上面放着樱桃酱。我开车回家时开始头疼。不到一个小时我就出现了严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。发烧 99.4。接下来的几个小时会出现恶心和呕吐。我们以前去过这个地方，但是没有发生过类似的事情。

I ordered grilled chicken teriyaki (which was fine), with a side of mushrooms and zucchini. The mushrooms & zucchini were the culprits! I ended up with severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever of 101.6, and colitis!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had boneless wings (medium) with celery , carrots, and buffalo chips late last night. I woke this morning violently ill. My husband was sick last night after eating my remaining wings, his grilled chicken and salad but nothing compared to this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had steak salad yesterday around 7:00 pm. I had steak salad bowl with veg corn cheese Ketty’s brown rice black bean and mild and spicy dressing.
