我于 2016 年 11 月 4 日在这家餐厅吃过饭。我点了培根奶酪薯条，然后是 pumpernickel 面包，我点了一个肋眼牛排和大蒜黄油酱，还有一个烤土豆和蒸西兰花的配菜。饭后感觉有点生气，但上床睡觉了。凌晨 4 点醒来时会出现剧烈的胃痛，连续 8 个小时剧烈的腹泻、发冷、发烧、恶心和呕吐。看了医生，他诊断出这是食物中毒。

I had a salami sanwich on white bread with american cheese, pickles, olives, mistard ans mayo. About four hours later i was spewing from my behind. Really unpleasant stuff. I was sooo nauseous too but luckily did not vomit.  | 症状: 腹泻

我吃了毛绒鸡肉玉米饼，他们带出来的沙拉茶面包，那天还没吃过，大约是 3:00。离开那里，隔壁的 Barnes & Noble 走进去，大概在离开餐厅的半小时后开始生病，Barnes and Nobles 洗手间呕吐了冷的寒战热的寒战头痛我一生中从来没有这么恶心但我确实告诉姐姐沙拉味道很有趣怎么样去看医生但我们离家住 2 个小时我姐姐是 RN

3月17日星期五4点半，我吃了一个素食三明治。蜂蜜小麦面包、奶酪、蛋黄酱、芥末、生菜、甜椒、番茄、香蕉胡椒和盐胡椒油和醋。我还有燕麦葡萄干、白巧克力澳洲坚果和巧克力曲奇。吃完之后我就开始感到有点恶心。我在 6:30 左右出现腹泻和抽筋，第一次在晚上 7 点呕吐。我整晚又呕吐了 3 次，第二天早上我没事。我没有身体疼痛或发烧。

We order Papa Johns: two mediam pizzas chesse and pepperoni, and bread sticks. We got the food and noticed the chesse was on top of the pepperoni instead. I told my sister "I won't eat it that way because I got sick when i had it before… 更多
