Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Today I had my normal, brown rice, black and pinto beans, fiesta veggies, sour cream, cheese, mild and hot sauce, and guacamole. Hours later I start feeling nauseous and I had diarrhea. If sickness worsens then the doctor I will go.  | 症状: 腹泻

晚上 7 点 35 分，我和我的家人点了晚餐，然后在宾夕法尼亚州 Doylestown 的地方吃饭。我点了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、马苏里拉奶酪和温和的莎莎酱。我的家人都没有订购鸡肉。我们回到家了，晚上 9 点，一个半小时后，我开始抽筋。抽筋持续了几个小时，然后我出现了恶心。凌晨 2 点我开始呕吐。从凌晨 2 点到早上 7 点我呕吐
至少 6 或 7 次。那时我遭受了严重的腹痛，持续了一整天。那天已经是 4 月 19 日星期三了，我太脱水了，整个约会都在思考中不停地睡觉。没有胃口，部分原因是胃部非常疼和睡眠不足，我只设法吃了 2-3 茶匙的苹果酱，一些佳得乐和几勺糙米。第二天，4 月 20 日，在我的主要医生的建议下，我丈夫开车送我去多伊尔斯敦医院急诊室。急诊室医生 Dr 通过下令进行血液检查和 CT 扫描来排除其他主要疾病，对我进行评估。他的结论是，自从我在 Chipotle 吃饭后 4-6 小时内生病以来，我一定患有食物中毒。

4 月 10 日晚上 8 点左右吃沙拉，包括鸡肉、黑豆、糙米、温和的莎莎酱和奶酪以及薯条和鳄梨调味酱。在接下来的几个小时内感觉不舒服，在午夜左右上床睡觉醒来，我以为是胃灼热，然后呕吐开始持续到第二天早上 7:30，两者之间有腹泻发作。然后发烧、身体疼痛和全身疼痛一直持续到周二晚上 6 点左右。星期三我仍然虚弱，有胃肌痉挛但没有发烧。

订购了鸡肉卷饼碗，配糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、热莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。我是唯一一个在那里吃饭的人，2-1/2 小时生病了暴力，接下来的 10 个小时就呕吐和腹泻。整个时间都在恶心和虚弱，又花了 12 个小时才开始感觉到症状有所缓解。
