我在 2017 年 8 月 8 日星期二晚上 8 点吃了香肠卷饼，里面有平托和黑豆，奶酪，绿酱，酸奶油和糙米。晚上我很生气，只是以为这与墨西哥食物的领土有关。第二天早上，我的腹部出现了剧烈的疼痛，随后出现了爆炸性腹泻。我很恶心，不得不离开工作回家睡觉，在那里我非常痛苦，在 48 小时内起床大概 8-10 次，同时消耗大量的水来保持水分。从来没有吐过，但与那种令人眼花 and 乱和恶心的感觉相去甚远。我从来没有这么多的腹泻，而且速度如此之高。错过了两天的工作时间，现在大便非常松动，还有残留的疼痛。如果有这样的选择，我可能还会去看医生确认检查和可能的治疗方法。还要去商店和卫生部门报告。

I ate at Chipotle in Mishawaka, IN on 8/5/17. I had the Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice, Guacamole, lettuce, mild salsa & Sour Cream. The next morning I woke up with severe diarrhea and was in and out of the bathroom all day.  | 症状: 腹泻

吃了标有糙米，没有豆类，奶酪，新鲜番茄莎莎酱（温和），鳄梨调味酱烤辣椒玉米和鸡肉的墨西哥卷饼碗后，我经历了极度的胃痛和恶心。由于疼痛而难以入睡，并且经常有少量的液体粪便，墨西哥卷饼碗里的饭终于被扔掉了。很容易辨认出这些内容是我前一天在 Chipotle 吃饭的。
