I had dinner last night 9/23 and had the halibut special, Caesar salad, bread and butter, red wine, water and a dessert that was a blonde brownie with vanilla ice cream and Carmel sauce. 9 月 8 日星期六下午 2 点左右，我去了梅费尔购物中心的 Panera。我订购了 pick two，里面有鸡肉凯撒沙拉和秋南瓜汤。有一阵子一切都很好，但是在两个小时之内，我的胃开始严重抽筋。我回家了 curl 缩在一个球里呆了好几个小时。晚上晚些时候，我最后呕吐了。周日 12:30，我的胃还在抽筋，但没有以前那么糟糕。Panera 是我昨天唯一吃的食物。

I had painful stabbing pain in stomach starting at 10:00 PM, vomited at 3:00 AM Monday morning, August 18.
