我在大饼上吃了一个火鸡潜水艇，里面有白切达干酪、生菜、黄瓜、泡菜、青椒、牧场调味料和蛋黄酱，然后在星期一烤过。我星期二凌晨 4 点醒来，开始呕吐，腹泻非常松散，伴有发烧、身体疼痛和发冷。我还在下班，现在是星期四还没感觉很棒。呕吐周二停止了，可能持续了 10 个小时，腹泻是两天。发烧只是在星期二，也许有点到周三，但身体仍然疼痛和疼痛。我以为是流感，直到我发现我在那里吃饭的两个同事也有同样的问题，而且都下班了!

昨晚 8 点左右，我和我的男朋友在 Panera 共进晚餐。他在面包碗里点了西兰花切达干酪汤。今天早上，当他醒来时，他感到恶心，不到一两个小时他就被扔掉了。他有严重的胃痛（不能/不想移动）。对于 8 年以上没有呕吐的人来说，这对他来说是一次糟糕的经历，现在他已经被多次抛出。
