我订购了一个带酸奶油的小辣椒和一个半大小的鸡肉豌豆苹果沙拉。进食后不到 2 小时我就被呕吐了，腹泻严重。进食后大约3小时就会出现寒冷和发烧。呕吐了然后腹泻了 12 个小时。甚至无法让佳得乐或姜汁汽水保持下来。由于胃部不适和疲惫，今天不得不打电话上班。
