Went on 8/15/19. I had quesadiila w/ sour cream on the side. My wife took a bite and spit it out due to too much celantro. Her meal was pork medalions with no problems. Hearburn started that evening, diarrhea the next day with burning in chest. today is 8/19/19 with no releif of symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

I had a chicken burrito with brown rice and white rice, peppers, sour cream, mild, hot, and spicy sauce, lettuce, tomato and corn and maybe after 5 hours of consuming it on the 15th, I had diarrhea multiple days that day and on the 16th as well. I got a burrito bowl on wednesday aug 14 with chicken, white rice, lettuce, roasted corn and sour cream. I started eating it around 1ish. 此外，在准备区域存放百吉饼的货架上发现了黑色残留物。检查人员还发现了在不安全的温度下储存的奶油干酪、切成薄片的西红柿和其他食品，并注意到该餐厅在过去四年中多次因类似违规行为而被引用。检查员还在用餐区的地毯上发现了镶嵌的食物残渣，已命令更换地毯。
