June 6th. Ordered the bowl with white rice, chicken, romaine lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh tomato salsa and red salsa. Also got a small cup of queso. About 2 hours after eating, nausea set in for about 2 hours and then began violently vomiting. Been nauseous ever since.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the chicken with beans, corn, lettuce, cream etc. Meal consumed at 12 noon, abdominal pain rated at 8/10 with diarrhea lasting for 10 hours, digestion has been made very difficult. I literally felt like a dryer tumbling bricks inside.  | 症状: 腹泻

9 year old daughter went for a class field trip on Monday, June 3rd. She had cookie dough ice cream in the afternoon, around 2pm. By 5pm she had horrible diarrhea and by 7:30pm she was vomiting. Wasn't able to keep anything down until the following day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
