Eat chicken bowl with white rice, black beens, fajita, tomato, green sauce, letters, corn and cheese. 05/10/2016. Around 7pm. Woke up at 3am with my body full of dots and very itchy. Now today 05/13/2016 im full if the dots and its all over my body, going to see my doctor tomorrow.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

有一个鸡肉卷饼碗里有品托，黑豆，白米饭，玉米，Pico/Hot Salsa，fajita 混合物，鳄梨调味酱和生菜。现在正遭受胃痛、恶心和疾病。感觉太糟糕了。不得不休息一天。如果今天下午情况还没有好转，考虑去紧急护理。非常失望，因为我试图忠于 Chipotle，但我觉得它仍然不安全！

I ate a chicken salad with fajita greens instead of rice, no beans, with mild salsa and corn and no dressing. I ate at approximately 7:30 pm, and awoke at approximately 4:30 am with severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got a bowl with brown rice, chicken, fajita veggies, mild sauce, medium sauce, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guac. I ate around 8pm and by 9 pm I threw up.
