Had spinach and romaine lettuce with honey mustard and hard boiled egg topping, caesar salad, Joans Broccolli Madness, strawberry lemonade (that contains pieces of fresh strawberries), ice water, potato leek soup, chili and a gluten friendly muffin.

11 月 14 日晚，在布里斯托尔农场的食物吧里吃了鸡肉、沙拉和切片水果后，第一次因严重的腹泻、抽筋、恶心、头痛和疲劳而生病。严重症状最初在 24 小时内缓解，直到 11 月 30 日才更加强烈地复发。我的内科医生提交了 12 月 2 日回来的实验室工作，诊断为大肠杆菌。我被安排使用抗生素和益生菌，现在到了 12 月 20 日我终于没有症状了。

下班后，我拿起了带薯条和非甜茶的凉爽包装组合。我只消耗了一半的包裹，然后去接我的女儿。我给她买了一个她不想要的水果杯。我们回家，在外面玩，然后我做了晚餐-我没吃饭是因为我感觉不舒服。我开始感到头晕和恶心，所以我早点睡觉。我醒来时出现腹泻、打硫酸盐和恶心... 这是我最后吃的东西... 还有更多值得关注的事情。
