用绿酱、鸡肉饼和酸奶油订购了湿的 adobada 卷饼只有我吃了食物。这是我整天吃的唯一的东西。只有我生病了。进食后 4 小时出现症状。腹泻和呕吐 12 小时。20 小时后腹泻和酸痛仍在继续

吃卡恩朝田薯条与绿酱后不吃任何东西一天.晚上 8 点 30 分左右吃晚上 12 点左右醒来，还没吃过任何东西，但胃开始感到痉挛，我开始出汗。我的腹泻从软服务棕色变成黄色水与蛋黄色粘液。我呕吐了我的胃内衬，但没有食物出来。有纯净的水腹泻和汗水诱导，一天剩下的时间残废的抽筋。10/1/20
